Apex Widgets (“the app”) is a Formula 1 statistics and Home Screen widget app. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with data. In short: the app does not collect, store, or share any personal information.
None. Apex Widgets does not collect personal data. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind.
The app saves your preferences — such as your selected theme, favourite driver and team, notification settings, and Home Screen layout — locally on your device using Apple’s standard storage. This information never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or anyone else. Deleting the app removes it.
To show current Formula 1 information, the app retrieves publicly available data and images over a secure connection. These requests are read-only and do not include any personal information about you. The third-party services the app contacts are:
As with any internet request, these providers may process standard technical information (such as your device’s IP address) to deliver content, according to their own privacy policies. The app does not send them any information that identifies you.
If you enable session reminders, the app schedules notifications locally on your device. No notification data is sent to a server.
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
